Jamie V. Parker is an associate focused on labor and employment law, mediation, and general practice. She is a senior human resource professional with 15+ years of Human Resources, Training & Development, Employee Relations, Teaching, Conflict Resolution, and Policy & Procedure creation. Her successes are streamlining corrective action plans to mitigate and reduce compliance risks within organizations and championing complex and sensitive employee relations issues to resolutions with leadership teams. Attorney Parker received a Bachelor and Master of Arts degree in Sociology from Cleveland State University, in Cleveland Ohio and her Juris Doctor degree from The University of Akron School of Law, in Akron, Ohio. During law school she worked in the Law Library, the Appellate Review Legal Clinic, and as a Law Student Teacher for the Law and Leadership Institute, LLC. Her advanced education in sociology and law prepared her for positions with the City of Cleveland, The Centers for Families and Children, and The Cleveland Metropolitan School District in Human Resources with labor and employee relations.
