William J. Detweiler ("Bill") joined Roderick Linton, LLP in 1996. Bill is a Family Law lawyer. He has extensive experience in complex divorce cases and contested custody matters. Bill's practice includes negotiating separation agreements, shared parenting plans, dissolutions and prenuptial agreements. He also handles a multitude of post-divorce and post-dissolution matters including child and spousal support modifications and all parenting issues.
Bill is a member of the Ohio Bar Association, the Akron Bar Association, and has served as Chairman of the Family Law Committee of the Akron Bar Association in 2006-2007. He is extensively involved in New Lawyer Training in the Family Law practice area for the Akron Bar Association.
