Ronald K. Lembright joined the firm in 2002 and practices in the areas of business transactions, securities law, corporate governance, general and limited partnership law, limited liability companies, mergers and acquisitions for emerging and mid-sized businesses, business financing, business disputes, oil and gas law, and capital lease securitization.
Mr. Lembright began his legal career with the Ohio Division of Securities where he participated in enforcement actions and registrations and served as Counsel to the Commissioner. Prior to receiving his law degree, Mr. Lembright worked for several large insurance companies as a Surety and Fidelity Bond Manager.
Mr. Lembright is a graduate of the Cleveland - Marshall College of Law (J.D.) and received his undergraduate degree from Ohio University (B.S. in Commerce). He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and serves on the advisory committee for registrations and exemptions with the Ohio Division of Securities. He serves on the Assistance To Lawyers Committee for the Ohio State Bar. He is a member of the Ohio Oil & Gas Association.
Mr. Lembright has been a presenter at various continuing legal education seminars regarding Blue Sky Law, venture capital funding, oil and gas law, and ethics, professionalism and substance abuse.
