Brian Angeloni is an associate member of the Bankruptcy & Creditor Rights Practice Group at Roderick Linton Belfance. Brian focuses his practice on bankruptcy and commercial law, representing clients in Chapter 7, Chapter 13 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, and representing clients and various trustees in bankruptcy adversary proceedings. While primarily focused on bankruptcy law, Brian also serves clients in the areas of litigation, domestic relations, personal injury and collections.
Brian is licensed in the State of Ohio, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, the United States Bankruptcy Court and the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. In 2011, Brian was appointed by the Akron Bar Association to serve on the Attorney Constituent Group for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Ohio. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and Akron Bar Association, and is currently a member of the Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section. Brian has spoken at bankruptcy continuing legal education seminars and also currently sits on the planning committee for the White-Williams Bankruptcy Institute.
Brian earned his J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law where he participated as an assistant and associate editor on the Akron Law Review. While attending the University of Akron, Brian was also honored with the CALI Award for outstanding achievement in the subject of Contracts. He received his B.A. summa cum laude from Mount Union College.
